The flat comprises a living room with kitchenette featuring a fridge and freezer, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a sofa bed sleeping one person.
It is fully furnished and equipped and features an outdoor area, either a balcony or a veranda, allowing you to enjoy your holiday with greater freedom.

The main room designed for rest, furnished and practical for staying in.
Bedroom with two single beds
Two separate single seats, suitable for children, teenagers or other guests.

Two more single beds in a second small bedroom, which is useful for accommodating guests more comfortably.

A practical space for the day-to-day running of the living room.
Sofa bed in the living room
An extra single bed in the living area, which is useful for maximising the apartment’s capacity.

- Air conditioning charged according to usage: €0.50/kW, with meter reading at check-in and check-out
- Tourist tax: €1.80 per day for guests aged 16 and over
- Extra cleaning: a surcharge of €50 if the kitchenette is not left clean
- Cot: available by prior booking only, at a weekly cost of €20.

The minimum stay is 7 days.

Long stays
For stays of two weeks or more, a full change of linen is provided, including cleaning of the bedrooms and bathroom, excluding the kitchenette.
Security deposit
A deposit of €150 per flat is required, which will be refunded following an inspection.
Late arrival
Please note in advance: the reception cannot guarantee that staff will be available without prior notice.
