The Residence
Porto Rotondo Tre is the ideal place to combine relaxation and comfort.
The Residence Porto Rotondo Tre is located at the entrance to the town of Porto Rotondo, as if to welcome newly arrived guests.
It is situated within a pedestrian area, adjacent to spacious and convenient parking lots where you can safely leave your car for the duration of your stay. Furthermore, it is surrounded by all essential amenities: within a radius of 50 meters, you’ll find a supermarket, a post office, a bank, a newsstand, and a café.
The residence is part of a larger condominium complex called Rudargia, which is part of the Porto Rotondo consortium, ensuring 24-hour security.

The Apartments

At Residence Porto Rotondo Tre, you can choose the apartment that best suits your needs, based on the number of people traveling with you and the type of vacation you’d like to enjoy. The standard operating season runs from early June to late September, with weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
For those who wish to stay at the Residence outside the official season (for example, during spring long weekends), reservations are still available. Upon specific request, several apartments are made available to timeshare owners and guests, allowing them to enjoy the island’s wonders at various times of the year.
If you’re traveling with your family and need at least 4 beds, you can choose the two-room apartment for 4 + 1 or the two-room apartment for 5. For those traveling in a group or who prefer more spacious accommodations, we recommend the three-room apartment for 6 and the four-room apartment for 7.

The Facility
A beautifully designed space where nature and architecture coexist in harmony.
The building features stepped facades and wide passage arches, giving it a pleasing and harmonious appearance. The design is complemented by balconies and windows made of local stone, with dark wood frames and roofs featuring overhanging tiles resting on wooden beams.
The residence is surrounded by a garden that is lovingly tended throughout the year and, as a result, is always in bloom and fragrant. Furthermore, it welcomes guests at the entrance via a path lined with oleanders, flowers that are extremely common not only in Porto Rotondo but throughout Sardinia.
